    Help Desk Assist IT (female)

    DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS

    • Responsible to log tickets on any IT/Admin or other related calls in system
    • Inform to concern departments
    • Monitor and follow up the tickets as per SLA
    • Escalates tickets on specific time lines and reporting to function head for resolution
    • Looking after CCTV cameras and ensure daily back up of CCTV.
    • Monitor and access log for access controller and control access for users.
    • Keep track of entire IT Assets
    • Monitoring and tracking all day-to-day activities.

    SPECIFIC TARGETS/PURPOSE

    • Sustainability of maintaining Ticketing system and closure as per SLA
    • Improve efficiency of IT assets.

    EXTERNAL/INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP

    • All department HODs and other staffs
    • IT suppliers
