Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:
•    Manage the Company to run profitabIy.and provide right leadership for the team through coaching, motivating and developing staff.
•    Develop and implement strategies to increase market share. achieve progressive growth in revenue and profits.
•    EstabliSh relationships with key and relevant stakeholders to enhance operations of the company.
•    Ensure that all regulaloly requirements are adhemd to in operations.
•    Ensure effective utilization of company resources for optimal performance
•    Submit periodic reports on the company's perlormance to the Board
•    Ensure management of the Company's finances wrth due diligence and prudence .

Qualification/Experience
•    A second degree in a business related field
•    Minimum of 10 - 12 years relevant work experience in the financial and multinational industry (5 of which must have been in a Senior Managerial position).
•    Membership of a relevant professional body would be an added advantage.
•    Experience of working within a highly pressurised business environment
•    Knowledge af Financial Laws of the Country
•    Above average knowledge of finance
•    Computer Irterate with working knowledge of; Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and other related computer applications
