REQUIREMENTS:
• A graduate of Pharmacy, current Registration with the peN and PSN are basic requirements.
• A progressive tracK record of Sales Management achievement in previous employments.
• At least 7 years experience in Sales & Marketing of which 3 years has been spent as a Manager in a reputable Pharmaceuticals Company.
• Ability 10 lead, motivate, influence, develop, manage territory, plan sales, manage Customer relationships, monitor and analyze market trends. as wen as empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach are essential.
• Profound knowledge of territory and possession of an MBA degree is an advantage.
