Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities;
- Answering customers’ questions about products/services
- Connecting customers to the company
- Ensuring general customer satisfaction
- Providing insight into customers’ opinions/decision about company products/services
Qualifications and Requirements;
- Minimum of OND in a relevant discipline
- Prior experience in similar field and Computer literacy are added advantages
- Entry level
