• Responsible for the development and effective implementation of Management

Qualification and Experience

• A good first degree or its equivalent from a reputable University in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Post Graduate qualification in ICT or related fields shell be an added advantage
• Certification in ix professional membership of ICT related bodies
• Certification, membership of Health, Management or related bodies
• Knowledge of Database, Oracle, Statistical/epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epinnfo, etc.
• Attendance of related courses, workshops, seminars, etc
• Minimum of 10 years experience post NYSC
• Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant and related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Age not more than 45 years as at test birthday and physically fit.
• Considerable competence in a managerial or professional field in order to understand and apply advanced policies, practices, concepts or principles.
• A solid understanding of networking environment concept
• Good understanding of principles of routing, client/server programming, design, of network-wide file system layouts
• Hands-on knowledge of major ERP systems and experience in using relational databases
• Good knowledge of modem languages and tools
• Prior knowledge of UNIX and Windows NT
• Ability to formulate and implement IT strategy
• Ability to start-up IT procedures, processes and system control
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong operational and management skits
• Strong problem and analytical skits
