    ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

    This position will perform administrative and office support activities incfuding typing and management of documents, scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews and similar events.

    KEY SKILLS:

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • B.Sc/HND in Office Administration, Business Studies or Accounting with a minimum of 3years post-graduation experience or OND with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience.
    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • In-depth knowledge of typing and composing correspondences, reports and other documents.
    • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and meetings.
    • Able to work and converse efficiently with COlleagues, clients and other external contacts.
    • Ability to work independently with little distraction, be proactive and motivated.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
