Finance Manager at WTS Energy

WTS Energy is looking for a Finance Manager for its client, an E&P Company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience with IOC's . Additional details below:

1. Budget preparation, monitoring and performance analysis.
2. Identify and analyze potential financial risk areas, and support the implementation of risk mitigating activities.
3. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
4. Ensure statutory and commercial accounting procedure, according to local legal requirements and IFRS guidelines.
5. Responsible for annual statutory audit.
6. Issue crude oil sales invoice.
7. Organize annual general meeting each year.
8. Review expense reimbursement report.
9. Prepare cash call.
10. Other duties as assigned.
