The candidate must be a graduate with at least 2nd Class Honours in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable University with at least 3 years experience in facilities

The candidate must in addition possess the following:

• Problem solving skills and able to multi task effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent technical competence in sustaining mechanical and electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of plumbing installations.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and to deliver set targets under pressure.
• Contemporary IT skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• As customer service is the focus area of our operations, the candidates must have strong customer service skills.
