Legal Practitioner

Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to internal department.
- Ensure that their proposed activities, policies, business practices and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations and assist in negotiations when necessary.
- Review and draft various contracts, letter and legal documents.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Good knowledge of Nigeria Law, understanding of the legal system.
- Must have been called to bar with at least three (3) years practicing experience.
- Must have experience in Land law and Land administration and Real Estate investment regulations.
