• Responsible for overall operations of restaurant and catering activities.
• Catering marketing of corporate events i.e conferences, seminars,weddings and birthdays.
• Monitoring the quality of product and services provided.
• Market Expansion:Develop and Implement the Caterings regional market expansion strategy to ensure year on year growth.
• Maximizing sales, meeting profits and financial expectation.
• Dealing with staffing and clients issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
