    Talent Management and Quality Assurance Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • Overall responsible for ensuring all employees have sufficient knowledge to do their work to required standard

    Trainer:

    • Ensure all staff members are company ambassadors.
    • Can effectively communicate their knowledge to their team.
    • Will also conduct relevant training sessions.
    • Will set up periodic tests to ensure all staff have up to date knowledge.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensuring all intakes meet our company set standards.
    • Responsible to ensure output of each member of staff, junior and senior is of required standard.

    Documentation:

    • Overall responsible to ensure all Company has systems and processes.
    • Ensures systems and processes are documented, updated as necessary and available for the relevant people to see.
    • Ensures systems and processes are followed.

    Management Support:

    • Making presentations when required.
    • Representing the Company as required.
    • Other duties assigned.

    Personnel Description:

    • Excellent knowledge of relevant Office Applications.
    • Experience of training in a well-known establishment.
    • Ability to travel within and outside Nigeria.
    • Ability to relate with people of all levels of education, background and nationalities.

    Personal:

    • Show integrity, innovation and initiative.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English Language.
    • Excellent personal presentation.
    • Good knowledge of social and business etiquette.
    • Be extremely methodical and organized

    Experience/Educational Qualification

    • First degree from a federal, private or International University.
    • A post graduate qualification is an added advantage.
    • Also certifications of trainings in relevant areas.
    • 5-10 years’ working experience.
    • All candidates must possess good command of English language (spoken and written) and without any form of regional accent.

    Remuneration and benefits
    Salary, commission where applicable, lunch, thirteenth (13th) month, paid annual leave, medical and pension.
