A well established and fast growing Technology Equipment Firm in Lagos with solid foreign distributors

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the company GM, the Marketing Manager will be fully responsible for setting up a clear and effective road map for all divisions of the company with an objective of designing and managing all marketing activities. This will include the development and implementation of an aggressive high growth sales plan and providing leadership to a twenty man technical team in various locations. Frequent travel will be required.

Qualifications

• A first degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics or any IT related course from a reputable University.
• Marketing experience of 12-15 years in technology/electronics related industry with at least 5 years' experience at managerial level.
• Robust skills in sales and marketing.
• Recorded and verifiable success in current/past positions.
• A can-do spirit.
• Existing experience in managing a team of 20 persons in roles such as a Division Marketing Manager/Unit Head (Marketing) in IT sector/Consumer Electronics/Power/UPS/ Office Equipment or related industry in a company with an annual turnover of over N4 billion.
• A post graduate degree in Business is a big advantage.
• Candidates must be currently employed.

• Competitive basic salary + target based commission
