- 1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal Affairs Department. He/ She will provide Legal Advisory support to the various units, plants, depots and departments.
- 2. KEY OBJECTIVES
To provide specialist advice on Legal issues with the aim of enhancing and protecting Total’s brand and preserving business assets.
-The holder will deliver quantity and cost effective legal support and ensure the effective management of legal and contractual risk.
- 3. CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Minimum 15 years work experience with proven track record of contract negotiation, litigation and drafting
