Job Description
Establish and manage an excellent Gynecology unit to include:
Developing organizational structure for the unit
Developing man power plan and gradually recruiting for the unit
Developing operating guidelines for the unit and ensuring staff compliance
Advise on the procurement of all necessary and suitable equipment and other items required for the unit
Ensuring that all relevant practice licenses and quality standards are in place and ensuring conformity with them
Ensuring the highest standard of service is guaranteed within the Gynecology unit
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications and Requirements
MBBS or equivalent
Postgraduate and/or other specialist qualifications in Gynecology
Professional registration by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
At least ten (10) years post qualification practical experience in reputable medical institutions in the field of Gynecology
Must have knowledge and skills in using relevant hardware and software applications
Must be computer literate
