Qualifications
A good first degree in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution. A higher degree in engineering and / or an MBA will be added advantage.
Relevant Project Management certification (s) will be a distinct advantage.
A minimum of 8 years cognate experience in similar position is desired.
Working knowledge of project management tools is essential.
Hands-oil experience in project scheduling and monitoring. project engineering and costing, as well as the tendering and procurement processes.
Strong knowledge of multi project operations
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate and simultaneously align various operation sites
Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
