    Head, Mobile Banking & Alert

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Setup branch users
    • Prompt response to branch complaints and inquiries
    • Act as contact for all branches on issues concerning virtual banking
    • Ensure SMS are delivered to customers
    • Provide detailed report of all activities within the sub-unit on daily, weekly basis and monthly basis.
    • Business Development

    Requirements

    • Minimum education level - A good first degree in any discipline
    • A minimum of 0 - 5 years’ experience e-business, customer service, virtual banking or Related functions
