Marine Technician and Trainer at Lorache Consulting Limited

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of outboard engines, related tools and spare parts in-conjunction with other relevant departments.
• Conduct regular in-house and on the field training in order to ensure maintenance is properly done.
• Working closely with customers to assess satisfaction.
• Assist in the regular appraisals of trainee technicians
• Analyses defect, adjusts and repairs electrical and mechanical systems of outboard motors.
• Implement HSE policy by encouraging a safe HSE culture.

Required Skill & Qualification

• Possess a minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of four stroke outboard engine.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Should be able to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant engineering experience.
