Responsibilities

• Establish service network according to sales network development.
• Develop training curriculum and execute training of service technicians and mechanics.
• Maximize productivity levels of service technicians
• Monitor all department warranty claim submissions and requisite credits and take action as required.
• Maintain high degree of customer satisfaction

Required Skill & Qualification

• B.Sc/HND in mechanical background
• Preferred background in motorcycles of all engine size
• Good communication skills both in written and oral.
• Ability to work independently.
