Requirements
- Candidates MUST be Retired Officers of the Armed Forces not below the rank of CAPTAIN in the Army or its equivalent in the Navy or Air force.
- Ideal candidates should not be more than 55 years with academic qualification NOT BELOW B.Sc. or HND.
- Additional qualification though not compulsory will be an added advantage.
