Vacancy in a Firm of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers

Requirements

• Over seven (7) years of working experience with an honours Degree from a recognized University at least second class upper division.
• Must be a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer.
• Ability to write and vet valuation reports. Must be conversant with the International Valuation Standards (IVS) or the RICS Red book.
• Must be computer literate.
• Be able to supervise professional staff and lead by example.
• Salary and allowances negotiable.
