    • Carry out regular investigation and detection of frauds
    • Analyse and review customer billing and payment profiles
    • Working with other functions prepare evidence for identified irregularities
    • Work with other teams to ascertain meter and customer compromise

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Quality graduate level degree in numerate areas
    • Skills in audit and process review
    • Exposure to electrical operation systems
    • Desk research skill
