HR Analyst at Insiteful Solutions and Consult Nigeria Limited

Job Description
The Analyst will provide support to the HR consultant which will include:

• Deploying recruitment activities; managing social media accounts; researching, analyzing, and presenting data/metrics on HR/HRM/HCM and business in Africa; developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics;
• Clarifying requests for projects, highlight issues and make recommendations to address issues and priorities; writing detailed reports and making oral presentations to management; troubleshooting data and reports; assisting in rollout and implementation of HR programs; coaching and assisting in development of new team members and Identifying and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Someone with a degree in human resource management and a passion to work as a business partner is preferred.
