    Job Tasks and Responsibility                        

    • Perform customer verifications
    • Set up new customer accounts
    • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
    • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
    • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource or department
    • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Record details of inquiries

    Skills and Qualification

    • Excellent Spoken communication skills
    • Excellent Customer Service, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills
    • Knowledgeable in Resolving and Multi-tasking
    • Bachelors or HND degree (2’1 or equivalent)
