- Set up new customer accounts
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource or department
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries
Skills and Qualification
- Excellent Spoken communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills
- Knowledgeable in Resolving and Multi-tasking
- Bachelors or HND degree (2’1 or equivalent)
