    Facility Manager

    Requirements

    •     BSc (Hons)/HND in Estate Management, Business Administration/other related fields
    •     Project Management and/or other professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.

    Skills Required

    •     Proficient in relevant IT packages
    •     Good interpersonal relationship and networking skills
    •     Procurement and Negotiation skills
    •     Ability to multi-task and prioritize job schedules
    •     Good team skills
    •     Excellent reporting skills
    •     Good communication (verbal and written skills)
    •     Experience in Facility Management will be an added advantage
