Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience in a similar position in a highly rated hotel or restaurant
- Must be ready to work in a highly challenging environment
- Must be highly organized, creative and innovative.
- Ability to work without supervision is key
- Practical and verifiable experience in African/Continental Dishes
- Ability to document dishes transactions in the kitchen is a must
