Experience: Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in recognized institution of learning.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures successful implementation of the school Board's policies on Admission of students; Administration of the school; and Conducting of credible and standard examinations .
• Manages, evaluates and supervises effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the organization
• Ensures compliance with all laws, Board policies and civil regUlations
• Maintains administrative staff by orienting, training employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching. counselling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
• Provides supplies by identifying needs of all departments within the organization; establishing policies procedures and work schedules
