Public Area Cleaner at African Sun Amber Residence Limited

Responsibilities

•     Clean hallways and restrooms.
•     Empty ashtrays and urns.
•     Polish furniture and fixtures.
•     Keep the front of the Residence free from trash.
•     Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner , broom and shampoo machine.
•     Wash walls and ceilings, moves and arranges furniture.
•     Sweep, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
•     Dust and polishes metal work.
•     Maintain housekeeping carts.
•     Responsible for upkeep of all the equipment which he/she is using i.e., Vacuum cleaner, trolleys, Scrubbing machine.
•     Responsible for maintaining a time schedule for cleaning of the public areas.
•     Responsible for spring cleaning of public areas as per the given schedule
•     Responsible for the cleaning of offices

Minimum Qualification

•     GCE/NECO/WAEC in not more than two (2) sittings
