Responsibilities:
The duties include development and processing work to convert selected staple native food products. to packaged state. with long-shelf life, suitable for sales in modern trading platforms
Qualification:
B. Sc or equivalent qualification in Food Science and Technology. Biochemistry and Microbiology
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years practical work experience in relevant food processing industry is required. In addition. a demonstrable involvement in research work in the processing of local food products will be an added advantage.
