Job Purpose/Scope | A two year talent programme for graduates of top Tier Universities to support the development of young managers to succeed in our increasingly competitive business environment. Key Responsibilities | The exist to develop commerial Graduates as young Managers who will support the business and become future leaders. |
Qualifications, Experience | •High achieving graduate from a reputable university •Minimum 2:1 in Pharmacy/Health/Sciences Related/Business Degree •Related postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) may be of advantage •Not less than 3 years work experience (including NYSC) |
Competencies | .Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills •Excellent numerical and analytical skills •Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel |
