    GM Operations

    Job Description: 
    Management of operations and revenue with relationship management with clients to achieve the planned revenue targets Provides day-to-day operational direction, strategic guidance, supervision for all business processes by linking the operations, strategy and vision of the company.
    Deliver financial performance and coordinate regulatory compliance and monitor expenditure against budget.
    Develop new business opportunities. 

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 
    Degree in Civil/Building/Electrical/Estate Management and a Higher Degree in Business or Management
    8 - 10 years Post Qualification experience with a Grade 'A' construction/Property Management Company.
