• To manage the overall operation for the quarry (technically and administratively).
• To manage both human and Machinery resources available toward utmost result.
• Checking that the quarry's production levels are maintained safely to schedule;
• Balancing sales and output;
• Altering the quarry's production system in accordance with the materials required.
