Description:
1. Responsible for the company’s website designs and editing
2. Manages the company’s official mails and social network sites
3. Implementing IT system security in the organization to ensure safety of data and IT systems
4. In charge of overseeing the organization’s WAN systems
5. Overseeing the management and maintenance of computer work stations
6. Providing support in troubleshooting of computer problems
7. Overseeing the proper storage of all company data and archiving of records and back ups
8. Identifying new computer systems and trends in the market so that the organization’s IT status is always on the forefront
9. Coming up with the budget for the department and implementing it
10. Studying the available systems and evaluating the necessity of upgrades or the need to buy new systems
11. Ensuring that all network connections like servers, business email servers and system protection such as anti-virus and firewalls have been installed and are functioning properly
12. Creating multilevel security to restrict unauthorized entry into company systems
