Business Development Analyst - Oil & Gas at Jagal Group

The Persons:

•     Degree or equivalent in fields such as marketing or business with related industry and key client experience
•     Level of knowledge associated with 5+ years of relevant industry related experience.
•     Business development, proposal development, marketing, and sales analysis
•     Knowledge of the Shipping, logistics and oil and gas markets.
•     Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
•     Strong organisational skills
•     Clients contacts and relationships with industry and client decision makers in the Shipping and Logistics   industry, also ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time constraints.
•     Leadership skills required to assemble a project or account team, outline a win strategy, and lead the successful implementation of the account plan or win strategy.
•     Strong ability to persuade and influence others is critical.
•     Ability to take a leadership role in preparing and presenting complex program proposal and reports to senior level management (internal and external) is critical.
•     Passion for delivering positive, measurable results.
•     Internal motivation with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations.
•     Excellent Presentational and Interpersonal skills.
•     Excellent spoken and written English. Other languages would be an advantage.
•     Contacts in the and Gas services industry would be an advantage.
