Reporting to the Managing Director. 

Core Responsibilities:
Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.
Liaise with Project Directors and attend Tender procedures and prepare Tender Reports.
Prepare award of contract letters, check contract documents as well as make recommendations of contractors' valuations.
Provide assistance to Project Director on contractual issues.
Evaluate variations and handle contractual correspondence.
Prepare evaluations/ cost projections of the assignment to meet requirements of works in progress
Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by management. 

Who Should apply?
Any candidate who possesses a first degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering from a reputable University with a minimum of 10 years related experience
Holders of HND or its equivalent in Civil or Construction Engineering must have a minimum of 20 years post qualification experience
Professional qualification as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor will be an added advantage.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
