    Restaurant Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the restaurant adequately and ensure customers satisfaction and profit maximization.
    • Total Operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant.
    • Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees.
    • Respond to customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
    • Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate member of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Admin, Marketing or related disciplines.
    • Must be trustworthy, proactive and must have a good business sense.        
    • Must have a good knowledge of restaurant business.
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant Business.
    • Must not be more than 35 years of age by last birthday.
    • Nearness to Mainland is an added advantage.
