    Product Availability Specialist - West Africa

    Job Purpose:

    This position is accountable for product availability for West Africa, namely Ghana and Nigeria, by handling demand planning, supply planning and logistics responsibilities. The role ensures a smooth product supply operation meeting all cascaded KPIs and managing the demand control process, while facilitating the IBP meeting for this region.

    Structure:

    The role will report on the short term into the MENA Supply Chain director and will:
    · Act as the first escalation point for West Africa distributors in relation to product availability
    · There are no direct reports into this role.
