• Broad based Legal Advisory functions especially in Commercial law.
• Preparation of Contracts.
• Preparation of briefs for litigation or other dispute resolution processes.
• Legal representation at high level meetings internally and extemally.
• Liaison duties with top government functionaries.
• Company secretarial functions.
• Supervising legal documentation of company transactions.
• Such other functions associated with senior management status.

Credentials

• Bachelor of Law Degree from a recognized university.
• Call to the Bar Certificate with minimum of 15 years cognate practice experience.
• Postgraduate qualification is mandatory for holders of a Second Class Lower Degree and an added advantage for all
• applicants. In addition, Postgraduate Diplomas in Finance or related subject areas will guarantee a place in the Short
• list.
• Candidates must be lawyers who are smart. have good personalities and with good command of English language - spoken and written.
• Maximum age is 45 years.
