Role

•     Manage Company's terminals and warehouses located in major Nigerian cities;
•     Grow the Company's various businesses including shipping; clearing and forwarding; as well as haulage services;
•     Manage company's resources efficiently and effectively to achieve business objectives
•     Ensure that management decisions are implemented in a timely manner; and
•     Lead the organization to determine and meet business objectives in both the short, medium and long terms

Specification

•     Minimum of 10 years in a senior executive position in maritime operations;
•     Practical knowledge and deep experience of all aspects of shipping services stated above;
•     Strong organizational and management skills;
•     Good communication and presentation skills;
•     Proven business development and growth expertise; and
•     Must be able 10 deploy office automation tools to great effect in achieving results.
•     Ability to set appropriate targets and be able to surpass it.
•     Must be versatile in import and export, air & sea operation, terminal operation & logistics
