Customer Service Representative at Ohma Shoes

Job Description

•     We are looking for an open-minded and outgoing person with extensive marketing and customer relations experience.
•     Provide general assistance to the office team
•     Generate additional sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers
•     Provide excellent assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, whatsapp etc
•     Assist customers with browsing the site, and with order and checkout process.
•     Provide after sales support by reaching out to customers either via email or over the phone
•     Handling special requests and complaints of customers
•     Assist the Procurement Office with inventory management

Qualifications and Requirements

•     Excellent Customer Service experience.
•     Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
•     Ability to foster and maintain relationships with individuals.
•     Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication skills - proven results with key decision makers
•     Ability to work well in a team
•     High School Degree
