    Team Leader

    The Team Leader will set the strategic direction of the project, take responsibility for the day-to-day direction and technical leadership/management; act as the main technical point of contact for DFID; identify and develop opportunities for collaboration with related development programmes in Nigeria; and represent ENABLE2 in Nigeria and internationally.


    • ?    At least ten years' experience in a field relevant to the duties of the position;
    • ?    Understanding of technical issues (policy reform, pro-poor business models, advocacy, PPD);
    • ?    Experience working with a range of public and private sector and civil society clients;
    • ?    Extensive experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and teams
    • ?    Experience developing and managing programmes in private sector development;
    • ?    Commitment to staying in Abuja and/or Kano, with extensive travelling to the North of Nigeria;
