The Senior Account Manager will playa pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing
exceptional services and value to our clients. The Senior Account Manager will be the principal liaison between the
client and intemal teams.
Skills and Competencies:
? Minimum of 7 years post graduate experience in a top flight advertising agency.
? Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Information Sciences or Economies is preferred.
? Possession of a strong personality and ability to communicate effectively with seasoned business professionals,
including executive management teams, both intemally and extemally.
? Experience in preparing and driving client presentations, including sales decks and quarterly business reviews.
? Strong project management skills and experience in managing and prioritizing complex and parallel work streams
across multiple functions. teams and departments.
? APCON Certification.
