KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
{C}• {C}Sustains the growth of company’s business by
{C}• {C}Establishing new business relationships
{C}• {C}Evaluating the business ideas according to the company criteria
{C}• {C}Carrying out the supporting market studies
{C}• {C}Negotiating and concluding confidentiality agreements as regards Car sales
{C}• {C}Customer Relations Management
{C}• {C}Implements effective key sales management
{C}• {C}Monitors and updates Quality Performance Database (scorecard)
{C}• {C}Ensures flawless flow of communication
{C}• {C}Assures proper administration of supply
{C}• {C}Market Intelligence in the following areas
{C}• {C}Life science industry in general
{C}• {C}New product awareness of the major potential and existing customers
{C}• {C}Competitor intelligence
{C}• {C}Advertising and Promotion
{C}• {C}Edits company literature, product profiles, company website
{C}• {C}Organizes participation at trade shows
{C}• {C}Organizes customer events
Support Functions
{C}• {C}Strategy/Corporate Development/Investment Requests
{C}• {C}Assists GM in the strategy development and review
{C}• {C}Assists GM in establishing and reviewing business plan
{C}• {C}Assists GM in the search and evaluation of acquisition partners
{C}• {C}Assists GM in preparing and submitting Investment Requests for extensions, new dealership store, etc.
{C}• {C}Training
{C}• {C}Covers the section “business development” in internal training programs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications as detailed below, or file for equivalency. Equivalency decisions are made on the basis of a combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities.
Education: First Degree from a recognized University/Polytechnic with 5 years experience in Automobile Sales and Marketing
Graduation from school apprenticeship program that includes theory and on-the-job work is an added advantage.
