    Marketing and Communications Manager

    The ideal candidate will lead and facilitates internal and external communications to position the brand as a vibrant, smart, youthful and formidable one.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Provide strong leadership to assist team with their development and day to day requirements
    • Provide coaching to increase capability of team members in specific areas of need.
    • Responsible for Learning and development of the team.
    • Periodically conduct trainings with team members to educate them on current business trends and improve on strategies to drive sales. 
    • Expand opportunities with clients and increase client base.
    • Effectively communicate and engage team members to ensure that they understand the performance business and the needs of the Marketing team.
    • Manages the performance of the Marketing team.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the forecast of clients’ needs and desires by identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
    • Manage all channels of communication in the organisation including social media handles, website, emails, etc..
    • Manage online and offline communications with clients and staff.
    • Advertise all company products on social media.
    • Coordinate the design of promotional materials and distribution of same.
    • Create and share company newsletters.
    • Handle the copy and writing of strategic documents.
    • Monitor corporate website and social media pages.
    • Create an engaging platform for Companies to drive engagement, and virality.
    • Manage the blog; engage the company to write thereby curating engaging content thereon.
    • Promote products and services during events.
    • Secure partnerships with similar brands for brand rub-off.
    • Network with industry experts to drive brand awareness.
    • Increase brand awareness both internally and externally.
    • Drive the brand positioning of the firm via various media channels.
    • Ensure brand reflecting collaterals are developed and used on all our social media channels.
    • Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

    REQUIREMENT

    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a marketing manager.
    • Combination of B2B and B2C experience desired.
    • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
    • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.


    Salary: 200,000 - 220,000
