    Customer Success Executive

    Description:

    Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring IPI SOLUTIONS customer’s understand, internalize and experience the value of our product and service throughout the duration of their journey with our company. More so to develop a positive customer experience, fosters relationships and support brand loyalty.

    Specific Duties

    • Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward.
    • To always promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with brand image
    • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
    • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
    • Improve onboarding processes.
    • Mediate between clients and the Organization.
    • Minimize customer churn.
    •  You are to aid business clients in taking full advantage of products, drive sales by influencing product upgrades.
    • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
    • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
    • Perform other functions as may be requested by the employer.

    Qualifications and skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
    • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
    • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
    • Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid
    • Accountability and personal organization are essential
