We are looking for an experienced self-driven Operations Manager in an expanding Real Estate Development/Property Management company in our Abuja office.

Job Description-
Design and implementation of business operations/processes.

Responsibilities-

• Design & implement business operations, strategies,  procedures and company policies.
•  Set comprehensive goals and targets for the performance & growth of the company for the entire staff.
• Oversee daily operations which include speaking and meeting with clients and coordinating with staff on marketing, record keeping, and managing database.
• Data analysis
• Write and submit monthly reports on company activities.
• Tour to company projects
• Manage relationship with partners, vendors, staff and clients
• Develop and maintain network within company sphere
• Improve and maintain company website & social media presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience of not less than 2 years in relevant managerial roles
• Knowledge of HR, Finance, Marketing, Basic engineering, Microsoft office
• Ability to learn and think on the go
• Organisational leadership skills
• Proficiency in speaking and writing
• Ability to meet targets and propose expansion ideas
• Professional demeanor in dressing and appearance.
• Professional work ethics and ability to work office hours as well as be available via mobile phone round the clock, to clients and company director.
