Electrical Technicians/HVAC at Uniterm Nigeria Limited

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment like; air condition units, chillers, electric stoves, oven, washing machine, dryer etc and other electrical systems and units.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical systems and units within the facility.
• Carry out quick intervention on issues that may lead to or have potential to cause facility shut down that may result to NPT.
• Monitor and make use of available parts in a professional manner.
• Assist the handyman and other team member as may be required operational wise.
• Maintain and update maintenance log book.
• Disconnect all electrical appliances and cables during camp move and connect back and power same.
• Ensure that all electrical unit and equipment are working in optimal condition
• Assist in carrying out housekeeping within the facility.
• Comply to all QHSE procedure and standards in line with HSE management system.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/TEST TRADE 111 (Electrical/cooling units)) with over 6 years experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC and other electrical units and systems.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance management.
• Use of hand tools and metering equipment.
