Description:

The quality assurance officer is expected to work hand-in-hand with the different teams in the company. She is to liaise with the Sales and design teams to have a full understanding of client requirements and advise where necessary, also she is to work with the production team to ensure that jobs are made to the very highest of standards as maintained by the organization.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary education qualification desired
• Good oral and written communication
• Prior experience in a similar position would be an added advantage

Job requirements:

• A good eye for details
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Tailoring knowledge would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the sales and design team to understand what the clients want
• Monitor and ensure that production work is up to standard, and delivered promptly
• Ensure a smooth flow of jobs during the various production stages.
• Analyze workflow, advice on workflow improvements and the execution of the same.
