The Job

• CEffectively leads operations of the systems used to generate electricity from 11000 Volts gas and diesel generators to ensure availability of stable and quality power to the plant.
• FCoordinate operational activities on installed generators and other auxiliary equipment for capacity utilization
• FAllocate and monitor staff to effect repairs, maintenance, overhaul of installed generators and other auxiliary

The person

• CPossess communication and problem-solving abilities, involving the ability to manage synchronization of 11000 Volts generators.
• CAbility to run 11000 Volts generators in most efficient manner.
• CKnowledge of 11000 Volts generator control concepts and power system protection,
• CAbility to work nights, weekend and holidays
• CMust be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
• CAbility to work in a fast paced environment
• CTeam oriented, adaptable and  dependable

Qualification

• CB.Eng./B.Sc. / HND  Electrical Engineering

Experience

• C5 years of relevant experience
