    Quality Control & Compliance

    Description :    
    The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the overall quality control and compliance strategies for our customer service centers, products and services.

    Job Responsibilities;

    • ? Devising and establishing the company’s QA procedures, standards and processes.
    • ? Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
    • ? Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedure.
    • ? Preparing clearly explanatory documents such as customers’ charter
    • ? Act as an entry point for the customer service desk to provide an initial review and assessment of reported issues
    • ? Provide reports and recommendations on customer experiences
    • ? Ensure that customer service standards are maintained across the organization.
    • ? Ensure compliance

    Qualifications :    
    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • ? Technical or Business degree coupled with formal business education (MBA etc) preferred
    • ? Customer centric orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
    • ? Multinational customer service experience
    • ? Entrepreneurial experience in a similar stage company
    • ? 5+ years of total experience in business unit/corporate strategy, product management and quality assurance in the retail, mobile and technology industries preferred
    • ? Knowledge of e-Commerce, logistics, mobile payments, ecosystem dynamics, technologies and tactics required
    • ? Strong ability to influence without authority, sell concepts internally and activity drive streamlined decision making
    • ? Strong analytical skills with an uncanny ability to analyse an opportunity from many angles
