Summary

• Produce financial, production and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports.
• Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
• Perform data entry into the computer.

Description

• Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Identify the red flag/discrepancies in the production process and report negative trends
• Develop inventory analysis reports, including daily & weekly reconciliation of inventories and analyse variances
• Daily monitoring of inventory balance and verifying the accurate standard cost
• Maintain operations by following policies & procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Prepare a weekly report on sales, production, paddy procurement and sales commission.
• Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory, and contribute to the team effort in preparing financials report.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned
• Create reports on sales and marketing campaigns, maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
• Maintain a database of customers and suppliers.
• Undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock regularly.by working closely with the designated staff members
• Prepare and present technical reports on productions by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends.

• The Ideal must have Basic accounting knowledge and reside in Abuja and its environment.
